Yes, I’m fully vaccinated for COVID, flu and TDAP.

Interviewing 2-4 doulas can help you figure out which doula matches your personality, energy and birth philosophy. Arrive prepared with questions during your consultation and inquire how they envision supporting and empowering your birth.

Of course! I support you and your decisions regardless of the type of pain management you choose. As your doula, I can support you with labor positions with an epidural. It’s possible! You will learn more during our prenatal sessions.

That’s a great question! I will complete any tasks needed at the beginning of the visit. Once tasks are complete and baby is asleep, I will nap and rest.

Yes, I do offer a sliding scale if you are experiencing financial hardship or if my prices don’t match your budget.

Doula support is typically paid out of pocket.

Employer health programs such as Carrot may cover doula expenses.

You can also add a doula fund to your baby shower registry!

I currently accept Venmo, PayPal and checks.

After our consultation, I will send you a copy of my contract and agreement. I do not hold a date without payment and a signed contract and agreement.
