Welcome to Mariposa Doula’s Postpartum Meal Prep offering—nourishment made with care, right from your kitchen.

In a 4-hour in-home session, I’ll prepare comforting, nutrient-rich meals to support your healing and energy during early postpartum. Together, we’ll choose from a rotating menu of favorites like Apple Carrot Oat Muffins, Golden Mama Healing Stew, or Black Bean Veggie Enchiladas.

You’ll receive a clear ingredient list ahead of time and can either have groceries delivered or create a pick up order at your favorite local spot- making this as easy on your family in this busy season!

This offering is rooted in my love for warm, healing food and my deep belief in food as care. Whether you’re craving grounding meals or snacks to grab with one hand, I’m here to nourish you.

This journey starts with care—and grows with connection.

Why Should I Consider Meal Prep Support during My Postpartum Season?

A woman with long dark hair smiling and sitting at a kitchen counter, wearing a black polo shirt with a logo that reads "Mariposa" and a butterfly emblem.

Meal prep support during your postpartum season offers nourishing, ready-to-eat meals when your time, energy, and focus are centered on healing and bonding. It eases the mental load of planning, cooking, and cleaning, while ensuring you’re fueled with wholesome, comforting food.

Having someone prepare meals in your home also brings presence and warmth to your space. It’s not just about the food—it’s about being cared for while you care for your growing family.
